Salary: Up to £75,000 + £7,000 car allowance

Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional with a strong generalist background to partner closely with senior stakeholders and drive impactful people initiatives.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people agenda within a fast-paced, matrix environment, supporting business leaders to achieve their strategic objectives.

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive organisational effectiveness and performance
• Support and lead on a broad range of HR generalist activities including employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning
• Contribute to and implement people strategies aligned with business goals
• Champion a high-performance and inclusive culture
• Navigate and influence within a complex, matrix structure

• Proven experience in a HR generalist or People Partner role
• Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent partnering skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment
• Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable working at pace
• Commercially aware with the ability to balance people and business priorities
• Strong communication and influencing skills
