EMEA Commercial Counsel for AI SaaS Growth

Harvey.ai is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our legal team in London, reporting to the Head of EMEA Legal. You will draft, review, and negotiate AI SaaS contracts and help build the regional legal function in EMEA. This fast-moving startup environment offers broad exposure and growth.

The role requires an English-qualified lawyer with 2+ PQE in commercial or tech, with a transactional background and IP licensing experience. Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office weekly.
