Job Overview: Construction Manager opportunity on an 8-story office building based in North London. This is a major fit out project (Cat A, Cat B) worth £60 million.

Responsibilities: You will be managing 3 out of the 8 floors, reporting to the onsite Senior Project Manager. This is a new build currently at the fit out stage. You will need to manage the whole process, documenting your progress and performance indicators.

Minimum Requirements:

• Black CSCS card
• SMSTS Qualified
• Previous experience with similar projects
• First Aid

We are paying between £350-£380 CIS per day for the right candidate.
