Grid Connection Manager

JDRoss Energy is supporting a client in their search for a Grid Manager to support the company's growth in the UK. This is an initial 6-month contract with an ASAP start date, falling outside of IR35.

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the solar portfolio, specifically focusing on grid connection.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to sites and offices.

Your role:

1. Collaborate with various teams to ensure project delivery and quality.
2. Manage grid connection processes.
3. Coordinate with DNO & ICP.
4. Provide advice on grid connection matters to the team.

What you will need:

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with grid connection projects in the UK.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working on solar projects (preferred).
• Right to work in the UK.
