We need you to be the person who ensures that we deliver delight on a plate to our guests. As part of a busy kitchen team, you will make sure orders are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Who are we?

Away Resorts are shaking up the industry and setting new standards for what to expect from a UK Holiday Park. With 27 parks and resorts around the UK, our parks are breathtaking in views and offerings.

Our Mill Rythe resort, set on a peaceful estuary, has undergone a stunning £10m refurbishment with features like our cocktail bar, The Missing Squirrel, and the new restaurant, The Green Room.

As part of our team of holiday heroes, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Working as part of a team responsible for food preparation and cooking
• Ensuring high presentation standards for menu items
• Adhering to cleanliness and food hygiene standards
• Supporting team members to help them excel

You will follow company standards to maintain a professional environment that delights our guests.

Note: Holidays may occur during peak times, so working on bank holidays and weekends is required.

Skills, experience, and qualities you'll need

Are you dynamic, determined, and enthusiastic? Do you thrive on creating memorable guest experiences? These qualities are essential for our line chef role. Additionally, you will need:

• A genuine desire to create memorable meals
• Experience working in a kitchen
• Experience working in a team
• Excellent organizational skills
