Context: We are seeking a CMC Portfolio Manager to oversee and coordinate the CMC projects portfolio in alignment with strategic plans for specific compounds. This role is critical in managing interconnections across projects, ensuring coordinated planning and deliverables, and optimizing resource allocation. The successful candidate will work closely with various technical teams and regulatory functions to ensure alignment with global expectations.

Your responsabilities :

• Support and coach project managers in creating comprehensive master plans for their assigned projects, detailing timelines, required resources, task order, and team member responsibilities, while ensuring accurate tracking in software applications.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met efficiently within budget and resource constraints, generating monthly reports on schedule adherence.
• Consolidate all relevant CMC projects into a cohesive portfolio per compound, ensuring appropriate links between projects, milestones, and resources. Develop dashboards and KPIs to effectively manage the product portfolio.
• Proactively identify resource constraints and facilitate the prioritization process within Patient Supply and CMC, preparing and presenting prioritization proposals for endorsement by leadership teams.
• Coordinate budgeting efforts to align various units, operations, functions, and practices, achieving consolidated project budgets and monitoring.
• Enhance project management maturity within the TST and identify areas for improvement within the CMC community.
• Coordinate activities and knowledge sharing to ensure timely resolution and escalation of issues across product portfolio stakeholders, demonstrating assertiveness and a deep understanding of subject matter experts' constraints.

Profile :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project, program, and/or portfolio management, with proficiency in associated tools.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end CMC/Development processes and associated disciplines is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English is essential, with a good working knowledge of French (spoken and written).
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including remote collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
• Robust knowledge of change management principles.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean, or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment, including launch and lifecycle management processes and applicable regulations during development, is an asset.
