About the Role:

We're looking for a Salesforce Project Manager. If you're someone who can translate business needs into technical reality-and make sure projects stay on track without losing sight of the big picture-we'd love to talk.

You'll be leading Salesforce implementations and enhancements from start to finish, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Your job is to make sure everyone's aligned, deadlines are met, and the final product actually solves the problem it's supposed to solve.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, from kickoff to go-live (and beyond).
• Coordinate between stakeholders, admins, developers, and vendors to make sure everyone's moving in the same direction.
• Translate business requirements into project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Keep an eye on scope, risks, and budgets-adjusting as needed.
• Facilitate user testing, training, and change management so that solutions stick.
• Act as the go-to person for all things Salesforce project-related.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience managing Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud experience is a plus).
• Solid understanding of how Salesforce fits into broader business goals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills-you're good at getting people on the same page.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
