Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager for an Experiential Travel Company that is deeply passionate about conservation and sustainable travel, aiming to positively impact global communities where it operates. You will lead a small, destination-specific sales team and support them in reaching their highest potential.

Salary:

£47,500 + £15,000 - £20,000 OTE.

Office Hours:

Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm in Shoreditch (typically 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH).

Candidate Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Team Leader or Manager from the travel industry.
• Extensive experience in travel sales or a comparable luxury sales environment.
• Travelled to at least 2 countries within the region your team specializes in.
• Experience working towards targets and conducting performance reviews.
• Strong analytical skills for numbers, booking trends, and sales metrics.
• An empathetic listener with a positive mentality and approachable demeanor.

The Role:

• Organize group training sessions, 1-2-1s, and call coaching.
