Africa Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager for an Experiential Travel Company that is deeply passionate about conservation and sustainable travel, aiming to positively impact global communities where it operates. You will lead a small, destination-specific sales team and support them in reaching their highest potential.
Salary:£47,500 + £15,000 - £20,000 OTE.
Office Hours:Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm in Shoreditch (typically 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH).
Candidate Requirements:- You will be an experienced Team Leader or Manager from the travel industry.
- Extensive experience in travel sales or a comparable luxury sales environment.
- Travelled to at least 2 countries within the region your team specializes in.
- Experience working towards targets and conducting performance reviews.
- Strong analytical skills for numbers, booking trends, and sales metrics.
- An empathetic listener with a positive mentality and approachable demeanor.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment where your team feels listened to, challenged, and supported.
- Empower team members to achieve their goals through mentoring and providing necessary tools.
- Analyze sales data to optimize team success.
- Organize group training sessions, 1-2-1s, and call coaching.
