MCS is delighted to be working with an innovative, product-led software company. Due to continued growth, they're expanding their Product Development team and are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to play a key role in shaping the future of their web and mobile platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building real products used at scale, influencing technical direction, and working in a collaborative, modern engineering environment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work closely with engineers, designers, QA, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality features across a growing platform. You'll be hands-on across backend services, modern web UIs, and mobile applications, contributing to both day-to-day delivery and longer-term technical strategy.

• Building clean, scalable solutions across backend APIs, web interfaces, and mobile applications
• Working with modern frameworks and languages including Java, Node.js, React, and React Native
• Collaborating cross-functionally to turn product ideas into well-engineered features
• Designing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-hosted environments
• Helping shape development standards, processes, and team culture
• Championing best practices while keeping delivery practical and user-focused

• Experienced software developer in a product-driven environment
• Strong experience with Java (Spring) and/or Node.js on the backend
• Solid frontend experience with React, modern JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript
• Exposure to mobile development (Ideally react)
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Confidence to share ideas, challenge constructively, and collaborate effectively
• A genuine interest in Agile delivery and continuous improvement
