Job Mission You will lead the team of a social action center (CAS) in implementing tailored social support for individuals applying to the institution. In this capacity, you will define and implement the objectives of your unit by articulating the challenges you identify on the ground with institutional goals. You will ensure the proper functioning of the unit within the applicable legal framework. You will actively contribute to improving the operation and primary activities. As a team leader: You ensure the delivery of quality services in a coherent, efficient manner and in compliance with the legal framework. You manage, support, animate, and develop your team. You organize and anticipate the implementation of necessary actions so that this unit fulfills its mission towards users. You develop relationships with the local network and represent the social services and the institution to external partners in relation to the CAS activities, particularly to municipal authorities and institutional partners. You oversee budget management necessary for the mission and objectives of the unit. You encourage the emergence in your teams of innovative measures/projects/actions based on users' needs (individual or collective support). You collaborate closely with other CAS units as well as specialized units enabling the implementation of the mission, such as transversal pole units, youth points, or reintegration services. Profile Minimum of 3 years of experience in the social field; HES diploma or equivalent, possibly with additional training in management or social policy; Very good knowledge of the legal framework (LASLP) and the Geneva social network are essential; Experience in priority management, team leadership, and management; A true source of proposals, dynamic solution-oriented individual; Rigor and mastery of tools.
