Warehouse Shift Manager

We are partnering with a leading European logistics organisation to recruit a proactive and hands on Warehouse Shift Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader to join a fast-paced operation and play a key role in maintaining high service levels and operational performance.

Location: West Midlands

• Oversee the day to day running of warehouse activities during your shift
• Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives and supervisors
• Ensure operational targets are achieved across picking, packing, loading and dispatch
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance and operational accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues

• Previous experience managing teams in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
• Strong people leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams under pressure
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, H&S standards, and KPI delivery
• A hands on, solutions focused approach with strong organisational skills
• Flexibility to work shift patterns
