VP, AI-Driven Customer Experience & Services

ComplyAdvantage is seeking a VP of Customer Experience and Services to lead a multi-regional post-sale organization and drive AI-enabled customer outcomes. You will define the operating model, own success metrics, and partner with executive leadership to grow ARR and net revenue retention.

The role requires building scalable delivery across Customer Success, Professional Services, and Solutions Consulting, while guiding the Mesh migration and strategic accounts as we expand globally.
