Strategic HR Partner for Unionised Operations

CrossCountry is looking for an HR Partner to support managers and colleagues across the business in Birmingham. This role focuses on delivering expert HR guidance, managing complex employee relations, and working with Trade Union representatives to ensure fair and compliant people practices.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of UK employment law, experience in a unionised environment, and an ability to coach managers through sensitive people matters in a fast-paced operation.
