Vetting & Compliance Consultant

Reed Talent Solutions is recruiting in Northampton for a full-time Vetting & Compliance Consultant in the Angard Staffing department.

Salary: £26,000.

The Vetting & Compliance Consultant will support high-volume application processing for the Royal Mail Group, handling vetting and compliance procedures in line with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Check ID and Employment Tribunals (ETW) documents against client requirements.
• Manage recruitment and screening processes.
• Handle vetting queries from candidates and recruitment teams.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Call and book candidates for their induction dates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Process-driven with target-based, detail-oriented experience.
• Good computer literacy.
• Confident in communicating with candidates via telephone and email.
• Ability to work toward targets and performance indicators.
• Team player.

Contract: Fixed term until December2026.
