Reed Talent Solutions is recruiting in Northampton for a full-time Vetting & Compliance Consultant in the Angard Staffing department.
Salary: £26,000.
The Vetting & Compliance Consultant will support high-volume application processing for the Royal Mail Group, handling vetting and compliance procedures in line with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Check ID and Employment Tribunals (ETW) documents against client requirements.
- Manage recruitment and screening processes.
- Handle vetting queries from candidates and recruitment teams.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Call and book candidates for their induction dates.
- Process-driven with target-based, detail-oriented experience.
- Good computer literacy.
- Confident in communicating with candidates via telephone and email.
- Ability to work toward targets and performance indicators.
- Team player.
Contract: Fixed term until December2026.
