An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Transfer Pricing Manager to join a specialist transactions-focused team in London.

The role offers a very different proposition from a conventional Transfer Pricing position.

You'll work alongside Deals and Tax specialists advising clients throughout major corporate transactions, providing exposure to due diligence, vendor assistance, post-deal work, financing transactions and value creation.

Clients span listed corporates, multinational businesses, private equity-backed companies, credit funds, real estate investors and infrastructure organisations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a Transfer Pricing specialist within transaction teams
• Transfer Pricing planning and policy implementation
• Supporting due diligence and post-deal projects
• Coordinating European and global TP engagements
• Advising businesses undergoing significant organisational change
• Supporting value-chain transformation projects
• Advising on the pricing of financing transactions
• Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries and TP defence
• Preparing Transfer Pricing documentation for planning and compliance purposes

Person specification

You are likely to possess:

• CA, ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification/experience
• Strong Transfer Pricing experience gained within practice, industry or an international environment
• Experience managing projects and client relationships
• Strong technical and commercial judgement
• Ability to manage deadlines within a project-driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• An interest in transactions, M&A and commercially driven advisory work

Experience of business development and building internal/external networks would also be advantageous.
