About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst to join a growing team to support the ongoing development and optimisation of a HRSD platform. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping streamlined, user-centric HR processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for HRSD enhancements and new features.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support the design and configuration of HRSD modules, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Portal.
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and UAT sessions with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with best practice and ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and service efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation, process maps, and governance standards.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow or Senior ServiceNow Consulting role.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on ServiceNow HRSD implementations or enhancements.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow and it's main modules
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous.
