About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst to join a growing team to support the ongoing development and optimisation of a HRSD platform. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping streamlined, user-centric HR processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for HRSD enhancements and new features.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Support the design and configuration of HRSD modules, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Portal.
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and UAT sessions with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with best practice and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and service efficiency.
- Maintain documentation, process maps, and governance standards.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow or Senior ServiceNow Consulting role.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on ServiceNow HRSD implementations or enhancements.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow and it's main modules
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous.
