About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, based in London. This role offers opportunity to work with talented people and deliver the highest standards on exciting construction projects.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Relevant third-level qualification.
• 5+ years' experience across a wide range of sectors.
• Construction Stage Data Centre Experience in Europe (preferably with a consultancy).
• Experience in pro-actively managing projects.
• Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
• Local UK Data Centre experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.
• Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
• Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
• Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
