Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially focused and visionary leader to head our Metering, Optimisation & IoT division. This strategic role will drive growth by expanding our client base and enhancing our technical offering, particularly through the integration of AI and Machine Learning as transformative tools in building optimisation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our technical and research teams to shape and deliver cutting edge solutions across energy, environmental, and facilities management sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Metering, Optimisation & IoT division into a core pillar of Lawler Sustainability Solutions.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand our client base across Ireland and the UK.
• Collaborate with internal technical and research teams to enhance our service offering using AI, ML, and smart technologies.
• Oversee the delivery of metering and optimisation solutions for public and private sector clients.
• Identify market trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Build strategic partnerships and represent Lawler Sustainability at industry events and forums.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations across all service offerings.

• Proven experience in leading metering, optimisation, and IoT service offerings
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of business development and client engagement.
• Deep understanding of building optimisation across energy, environment, and facilities management.
• Familiarity with the regulatory and operational landscape in Ireland and the UK.
• Experience integrating AI and ML into technical service delivery.
