Job Description
O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a £15m leisure/hotel new-build project on a long-term freelance basis. Role includes procurement, project setup for an October site start, and a hybrid working pattern between office, remote, and site.
The initial office base will be in Maidstone, Kent, with travel to site as required. This opportunity suits an experienced QS ready to take a leadership role on a major leisure development.
