Senior Quantity Surveyor - £15m Leisure Build Lead (Hybrid)

O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a £15m leisure/hotel new-build project on a long-term freelance basis. Role includes procurement, project setup for an October site start, and a hybrid working pattern between office, remote, and site.
