The Role:

They are looking for a driven and experienced researcher who thrives on unearthing insight from data and turning it into powerful stories that influence business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead end-to-end quantitative and/or qualitative research projects
• Develop proposals, research frameworks, and methodologies tailored to client needs
• Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring project delivery to a high standard
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor
• Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our offering

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in market research, ideally agency-side
• Strong background in either quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methodology research
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from pitch to delivery
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• A consultative mindset with strong commercial acumen
• Ability to inspire and mentor junior researchers
