The Role:
They are looking for a driven and experienced researcher who thrives on unearthing insight from data and turning it into powerful stories that influence business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead end-to-end quantitative and/or qualitative research projects
- Develop proposals, research frameworks, and methodologies tailored to client needs
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring project delivery to a high standard
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our offering
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience in market research, ideally agency-side
- Strong background in either quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methodology research
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from pitch to delivery
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- A consultative mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to inspire and mentor junior researchers
