Outcome Research Strategy Lead (Real-World Evidence)

About the Role

As the Outcome Research Strategy Lead, you will:

• Develop and execute fit-for-purpose outcome research strategies aligned with global, regional, and local market access needs.
• Lead the design and implementation of RWE studies that demonstrate the differentiated value of our therapies.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across HEOR, HTA, medical affairs, and therapeutic area teams.
• Cultivate relationships with external experts and ensure our research meets the highest scientific and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in outcome research and RWE study design.
• Proven ability to translate market access needs into impactful research strategies.
• Strong track record of delivering RWE projects using primary and secondary data.
• Experience working with payers, HTA bodies, and cross-functional pharma teams.
• A portfolio of high-quality scientific publications and presentations.
