Are you an experienced Senior Manufacturing Launch Engineer or similar professional with a passion for, and proven track record in, automotive manufacturing and vehicle launches? Our client is seeking a dedicated Contract Senior Manufacturing Launch Engineer to join their team and drive successful new model or programme launches within the automotive sector, specifically with Jaguar Land Rover or OEM environments.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring programme delivery aligns with timing and quality benchmarks, utilising issue management systems like AIMS, and leading agile meetings such as stand-ups and sprint planning. Your expertise in root cause analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement will be vital in resolving build issues swiftly and effectively.
