A respected Construction Project management and Cost consultancy in Central London is seeking a CDM Senior Principal Designer to take a lead role across a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use developments. This is a chance to join a consultancy that values autonomy and quality in client delivery.

The Senior CDM Principal Designer's role
You will lead CDM compliance from design to delivery, support junior team members, and offer strategic input across client frameworks. This senior principal designer role demands excellent communication, leadership and regulatory knowledge.
The Senior Principal designer
- 4+ years' CDM/PD experience (essential)
- NEBOSH Construction (essential)
- APS or IOSH membership (preferred)
- Strong understanding of CDM 2015
- Excellent communication and skills
