We're looking for a UX Writer / Content Designer who loves working with words in digital products to join our team of designers and researchers.

We want someone who understands the fundamentals of UX and has experience in the field of digital product design. If you're a passionate professional who can design with words, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

As a UX Writer / Content Designer at Dentsu, you will:

• Design clear, helpful content for digital products.
• Write microcopy, contextual help, and messages with logic and structure.
• Translate complex concepts into plain, useful language.
• Advocate for accessible and inclusive communication.
• Write with consistency in voice and tone across all product touchpoints.
• Collaborate with designers and researchers in tasks where content is key-user tests, workshops, prototyping, and more.
• Give feedback and suggest design changes to improve flows and screens.
• Contribute to content guidelines and best practices.

Who you are

We're looking for a good writer with a designer's mindset:

• At least 2 years of experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer.
• High level of Spanish and English-we work regularly in both languages.
• A clear, empathetic, and user-focused writing style.
• Solid understanding of UX principles-especially those related to content.
• Familiarity with plain language, accessibility, and inclusive writing.
• Ability to adapt tone and structure depending on the context.
• Confidence working in Figma from a UX writing perspective.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• A team-first mentality: collaborative, open, and flexible.

How and where we work

• Hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
• Offices in Barcelona or Madrid.
• Permanent contract.
• Immediate start-within a reasonable timeframe for you.
• You'll work alongside other UX Writers, UX Researchers and UX Designers.
