Senior C++ Engineer - ASAP - 6 months+ - Remote

We are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to support the development and modernization of complex desktop applications. The role focuses on building high-performance C++ solutions, optimizing existing applications, and gradually modernizing a large Legacy software landscape.

Tasks:
* Develop and maintain high-performance C++ components for desktop applications.
* Analyze and optimize application performance, stability, and scalability.
* Design and implement Multithreading and concurrency solutions.
* Support the modernization of Legacy components (MFC, ATL, Win32, Delphi) to modern C++ and .NET technologies.
* Collaborate closely with Architecture, QA, and Product Management teams while leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate refactoring and code analysis.

Skills:
* Extensive experience with modern C++ (C+/17/20), including Multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
* Strong expertise in Qt, CMake, Conan, MSVC, and the integration of CEF.
* Proven experience modernizing and maintaining complex Legacy desktop applications.
* Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach and high quality standards.
* Experience with AI coding tools (eg, Claude Code) and regulated environments is considered an advantage.
* Fluent English
