The world's leading banks are moving beyond AI experimentation and into enterprise-scale deployment, investing billions in cloud platforms, intelligent automation and agentic AI. Over the next two years, hundreds of new AI capabilities will be introduced across customer services, financial crime prevention, engineering and operational platforms.

We're looking for experienced Platform Engineers to help build the cloud platform that will support the next generation of Identity and Access Management for one of the world's largest and most complex technology estates.

This is an opportunity to engineer the platform that enables thousands of engineers to securely deliver AI-enabled applications at global scale.

What you'll be doing

You'll help design, automate and operate a modern cloud platform supporting enterprise Identity & Access Management.

Responsibilities include:

• Building cloud-native platform services
• Kubernetes administration and platform engineering
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• GitOps and CI/CD automation
• Platform observability, monitoring and distributed tracing
• Secrets management and PKI automation
• Service Mesh implementation (Istio/Envoy)
• Platform security and workload identity
• Network routing, API gateways and ingress
• High availability, disaster recovery and resilience engineering
• Operational tooling and automation
• Collaborating with Architecture, Security and Engineering teams
