Asbestos Project ManagerBracknell £45,000 per annumA leading Housing Association is looking for an experienced Asbestos Project Manager to join their growing compliance team in Bracknell.This is an exciting opportunity to lead asbestos compliance projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with current legislation. You'll work closely with contractors, internal teams, and residents to maintain the highest standards of compliance and customer service.Key Responsibilities Manage asbestos compliance projects from planning through to successful delivery. Produce specifications, scopes of work, and oversee contractor performance across multiple programmes. Carry out quality inspections and compliance audits to ensure works meet regulatory and health & safety standards. Monitor project budgets, programmes, risks, and performance, ensuring value for money throughout. Build strong relationships with contractors, colleagues, and residents while delivering excellent customer service. Maintain accurate compliance records and support continuous service improvements.About You BOHS P402 or P403/P404 qualified (or equivalent). Previous asbestos project management experience within a Housing Association, contractor, or consultancy environment. Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation, CDM Regulations, and construction compliance. Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills. Commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
