Senior Account Manager - ICT Outsourcing

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for ICT services and strategic relationship management? A leading Dutch ICT service provider is seeking a Senior Account Manager to strengthen their team and drive success across key outsourcing clients.

About the Role

In this senior position, you'll take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic clients, focusing on long-term partnerships and delivering value through tailored outsourcing solutions. You'll lead the customer journey-from first introduction to contract renewal-ensuring client satisfaction, growth, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the ICT outsourcing domain
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite
• Identify new business opportunities and craft tailored proposals
• Lead bid and RFP processes, including negotiation and deal closing
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence
• Drive revenue growth with both new and existing customers

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in ICT sales or account management
• Proven track record managing large, complex deals (€5M+ annually)
• Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers
• Bachelor's degree (HBO level or higher)
• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
• Deep knowledge of ICT outsourcing and contract management
• Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Valid driver's license (B)
