Job Description
About the role 
We're looking for a Senior Account Director to join our dynamic Client Services team. You're an experienced professional who brings strategic know how and a love for social media, along with a desire to create standout, creative work. You'll collaborate closely with Associate Directors and Client Partners to deliver great service and help grow some of our most exciting and established client accounts.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the overview and successful running of all activity on allocated client accounts.
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships to encourage retention and successful increase of scope.
- Leading on crisis management, being solution focused in approach and escalating where necessary.
- Responsible for budgeting of client projects, ensuring that client budgets are appropriately distributed based on the brief, agency rate cards and agreed scope of work.
- Working closely with departments across the agency to develop and create the best work.
- Setting the strategy for individual accounts with the support of the internal strategy team. Reviewing this regularly to ensure we are staying true to the approved strategic direction.
- Taking a leading role in new business pitch processes, often leading on the deck and working closely with the New Business Director.
- Line management of the team, supporting and leading them in their career development and respective roles.
- A proven Senior Account Director or Account Director from a social first or creative agency background.
- Confident managing end to end project delivery: timelines, budgets, documentation, and execution-always with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong client relationship builder, able to earn trust and act as a reliable strategic partner.
- Inspiring team leader with a supportive, hands on management style.
- Skilled at juggling multiple clients and allocating internal resources efficiently.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and cultural moments.
- Proactive, solutions focused, and consistently willing to go above and beyond.
