SAP S/4HANA Technical Quality Assurance Expert

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Quality Assurance Expert to support and safeguard the technical quality, performance, and integrity of SAP solutions within an enterprise S/4HANA environment.

This role sits at the intersection of functional requirements and technical delivery. You will analyse business needs, translate them into high-quality SAP technical solutions, and ensure developments adhere to SAP standards, best practices, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse functional requirements and translate them into robust SAP technical implementations
• Design, review, and enhance SAP S/4HANA developments in line with architecture and coding standards
• Perform technical quality reviews of custom code, enhancements, interfaces, forms, and workflows
• Ensure performance optimisation, security, maintainability, and traceability of developments
• Work hands-on with S/4HANA technologies including CDS views, OData services, and RAP
• Support SAP data services, integrations, and web services (SOAP, XML, JSON, REST)
• Collaborate closely with functional, technical, and business teams
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP project experience, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Strong experience with:
• ABAP Workbench and advanced ABAP Objects (OO)
• Workflow, IDoc, ALV Grid, ABAP Web Dynpro
• SAP UI5 and Fiori for Front End development
• Hands-on experience with:
• CDS views, OData services, and Restful ABAP Programming (RAP)
• SAP data services and system integrations
• Experience working with ADT (Eclipse)
• Solid understanding of best practices for reusable and maintainable code
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
