SAP FSCM-IHC Expert - Template Roll-Out Project

We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM-In-House Cash (IHC) Expert to join our SAP project team for a strategic template roll-out initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing coordination, and support of SAP IHC processes within an SAP ECC environment.

This role will serve as a key liaison between Finance, Treasury, and IT, driving optimization of cash management, payment processing, and intercompany settlement through SAP IHC.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP In-House Cash (IHC), including:
• Bank communication
• Payment processing
• Intercompany clearing
• Interest calculation
• Internal bank statements and account balancing
• Integrate IHC with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, TRM, and AR/AP
• Lead or support SAP IHC implementation projects
• Collaborate with SAP CoE and application owners to deliver the IHC roadmap, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Manage discovery, build, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation for system changes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, payment regulations, and audit requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• SAP Certification in Treasury or Finance modules preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IHC and Treasury solutions within FSCM
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

Key Details

• Contract Type: 12-Month Contract

• Languages: Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
• Travel: Occasional international travel may be required (expenses covered)
• Base Location: Europe - preference for candidates based in Barcelona, Bucharest, or Rotterdam
