We partner with Tesco Bank to support their contingent recruitment processes. Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed.
On behalf of Tesco Bank, AMS are looking for several IT Analysts based in Edinburgh for a 6 month contract (hybrid working model, ideally 2 times a week in the Edinburgh office).
Purpose of the role:
On behalf of our client Tesco Bank, AMS are looking for versatile and experienced Analysts to support a major transformation programme centred around the Tesco Clubcard data solution.
This initiative is reshaping how customer insights, credit journeys and data interfaces are managed across multiple teams and platforms and is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
The Analysts will:
- Support the analysis of customer and Clubcard data feeds, including post-separation information.
- Enable new connections between Tesco and third-party systems, including API setup and integration.
- Contribute to credit decisioning and customer journey mapping using new data interfaces.
- Replace Legacy identifiers with new identification to enhance customer insight continuity.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure data interfaces are well understood and downstream impacts are addressed.
The skills and experience required:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data, business, or technical analysis.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and understand interconnected data processes.
- Familiarity with APIs, customer data platforms, and interface analysis.
- Jira & Confluence experience (notably for user stories and ticket management).
- Swagger for API definition and documentation.
- AWS experience (desirable).
