Job Description

Sales Operations Manager

part time 3 days per week (Remote)

£300 Outside IR35

Currently working with a leading digital consultancy within the financial sector who are in search of a Sales Operations Manager to support their commercial function.

You will own the operational side of the marketing and sales divisions, building and maintaining systems that ensures the business runs smoothly. It's up to you to organise the business, so you must have the ability to work autonomously so the team can focus on delivery.

What you'll do as a Sales Operations Manager:

  • Own the CRM (Attio), designing and managing pipeline processes.
  • Lead content distribution across LinkedIn and email, repurposing insights and tracking engagement.
  • Manage sales assets and coordinates with external BD partners, qualifying inbound leads for senior team focus.
  • Improve workflows by suggesting new processes, testing tools, and enhancing efficiency.

Key skills of the Sales Operations Manager:

  • An experienced B2B Sales or Marketing Operations professional, ideally from consultancy, tech, or data within finance or reinsurance ideally.
  • Proven track record building and managing CRM and pipeline systems from scratch, keeping opportunities moving with structure and consistency.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives on autonomy, picks up new tools fast, and keeps the team organised without needing hand-holding.
  • Highly professional and organised, confident coordinating content distribution, external BD partners, and Senior Executive interactions.
  • An understanding of the Reinsurance market is a huge plus
