Data Centre Project Manager to join a leading brand on their Data Centre Exit programme in Birmingham, UK.

Long term contract engagement, excellent rates and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for successful delivery of projects/programmes to agreed time, cost, and quality.
• Coach and support the team, enabling high performance and empowered delivery.
• Foster collaborative working to meet shared objectives.
• Bring knowledge of cloud and DevOps, with a hands-on approach to help grow this area.
• Build and maintain productive client relationships.
• Balance multiple priorities and workstreams effectively.

Key Skills

• Strong background as an Engagement Manager managing platforms and/or integration projects.
• Proven leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work both independently and with client teams.
• Understanding of agile methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Desirable

• Experience with infrastructure migration and application modernisation.
• Knowledge of agile delivery techniques (eg, Continuous Delivery, Test-Driven Development).
• Professional Scrum Master qualification.

Open to candidates across the UK who can travel to Birmingham 2 days a week the ideal candidate would be situated in Telford, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Derby, Stratford Upon-Avon, Loughborough and other surrounding cities/towns.
