Technical Sales Manager - Animal Nutrition (Italian Market)
Location: Remote from Spain Travel 50%
Salary Range: €60,000 - €90,000 + performance bonus

In this role, you'll:
- Lead commercial development in Italy for a range of specialty feed products
- Manage and expand key customer relationships across Italy
- Deliver technical support and presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with innovation and marketing teams to bring new ideas to market
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory updates
- Act as a technical resource within the region and support internal training
- Report activity through a CRM system and contribute to long-term strategy
- Negotiate and oversee implementation of commercial contracts
Ideal Profile
- Degree in Animal Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the animal nutrition sector
- Strong understanding of swine and poultry production systems
- Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver consultative sales
- Fluent in Italian; working knowledge of English or Spanish
