About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSEQ Manager to join our dynamic renewable energy company. As a HSEQ Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the effective HSE system and quality control system. You will play a crucial role in Health Safety compliance and ensure best practice to protect our business, employees and other staff from project site to offices.
Key responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain the company's QEHS monitoring process and rules, and promote the business to improve its own management details
- Identify and evaluate the QEHS risks of the business, formulate and improve the corresponding monitoring plan, and regularly cover and evaluate the risks of each business through routine audits
- Through risk focus and review, promote the improvement of high-risk businesses, thereby effectively reducing business QEHS risks
- Responsible for the investigation of major QEHS accidents and explore loopholes in the business's potential risk management process and rules
- Coach and cultivate the internal audit capabilities of each business, and improve the monitoring capabilities and monitoring effects of each business
Qualification and expertise:
- Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, safety and engineering related professional background;
- Work experience: More than 5 years of QEHS work experience, wind farms, energy storage power stations, and engineering sites are preferred;
- Professional business capabilities: Familiar with national and local safety, environment, occupational health regulations and ISO14001/ISO45001 and other standards
- Good communication skills and coordination skills
- Have the ability to solve problems independently
- Those who meet the following conditions will be given priority
1) National registered safety engineer qualification, international QEHS qualification.
2) Work experience in well-known foreign companies and multinational companies
