At EBRO Factory, we are driving the future of mobility and industrial transformation. We are looking for a Section Manager - Vehicle Planning to lead production planning and logistics coordination for new product launches and ensure seamless supply chain flow across stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and coordination of new vehicle launches in collaboration with EBRO SUV and CHERY International.
• Standardize processes related to vehicle flow, supporting plant sustainability.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop structured plans to resolve process challenges.
• Partner with the Imports Control team to ensure logistics connection from the port terminal.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate communication across CHERY - EBRO SUV - EBRO Factory supply chain.
• Analyze business impacts of parts disruptions and update the risk matrix accordingly.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Familiarity with production KPIs and supply chain flows.
• Proficiency with digital tools and workflows.
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced industrial environments.
• Fluent English is required.
