Location: East Croydon
Hours: 37.5 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

Responsibilities- Support the Insight team with execution and delivery of key research & insights projects and initiatives
- Contribute to and manage end-to-end research projects covering both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies for internal stakeholders and our multi-national CPG suppliers
- Ideate new research projects by collaborating with stakeholders across the insight team and wider Superdrug business
- Proactively seek out wider market research reports and mine research tools for additional supporting insight (including Mintel, Stylus, YouGov etc.)
- Present research and actionable insight to stakeholders and suppliers
- Continuously improve existing reporting methods within the Superdrug business
- Internal - Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce, Store Teams, Commercial Finance
- External - Suppliers (Multinational FMCG companies) and Research and Data Agencies
- You enjoy making a difference and creating change
- You have a curious nature and can identify patterns and trends within data
- You have good time management skills
- You are confident in your own communication skills
- You can pick things up quickly and are keen to develop skills across several research platforms
- You enjoy working in a collaborative team and can share ideas with confidence
- You have a passion for Retail and/or Health & Beauty
- You can work at a fast pace, in an everchanging environment
- You have a keen eye for detail
- You see every interaction with the customer as an opportunity to delight them and comfortable using different platforms to communicate with them
- You understand customer needs and empower others to remove any barriers to deliver great service
- You use positive language and behaviours in all interactions with customers and colleagues, building trust and rapport
- You always prioritise actions which delight the customer/colleague
- Suggests and supports new ideas and ways of working which are designed to improve service
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar research or customer insight role
- Proven experience of qualitative and quantitative research (client or agency side) both face to face and online
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Good presentation skills and experience in generating and sharing meaningful customer insights
- Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Passion for health and beauty industry
- Be the voice of customers and orchestrate the organisation to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer first culture to build customer love in every touchpoint of our O+O platform
- Confidently communicates, challenges and gives feedback to others
- Encourages teamwork & collaboration between their own team and others
- Recognises the strengths & contribution of various teams, builds on networks to understand priorities of others and how to add value
- Seeks feedback and listens to it, takes responsibility to find positive outcomes and solutions
- Generating ideas and feeling that they can be shared both within their immediate team and outside of the team
