We are looking for a proactive and experienced Repairs and Maintenance Lead to manage day to day operations for a large housing portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and frontline teams to ensure homes are safe, compliant and well maintained.

Your role as Repairs and Maintenance Lead

• Lead day to day operations across responsive repairs and void works
• Coordinate and manage contractors to deliver quality, cost effective outcomes
• Carry out site inspections focusing on safety, quality and compliance
• Oversee work schedules and performance, ensuring service standards are met
• Support service improvements and complaints investigations with practical, evidence based input

Your previous experience as Repairs and Maintenance Lead

• Strong social housing background with technical knowledge of property maintenance or construction
• Senior supervisory or management experience in a fast paced repairs environment
• Sound understanding of contract management, health & safety and compliance
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, balancing multiple priorities
• Proactive, solutions focused approach when working with customers and stakeholders
