Renewable Energy Sales Service Operations Cambridge

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic individuals across the UK to join our team. As part of our field sales team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of converting home visits with customers interested in saving money and reducing CO2 emissions by switching to air source heat pumps.

• Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales for air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green technologies. You will primarily work across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, with travel across the Southeast as needed to meet with customers.
• Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy technologies.
• Generating your own leads through door knocking, cold calling, and referrals, including pre-booked sales visits, to meet sales KPIs.
• Managing and maintaining your sales pipeline using our CRM system, HubSpot.
• Providing excellent customer service during home visits, utilizing our Aira Sales Method.
• Collaborating with our design and planning teams to ensure all customer expectations are met.

We will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy. However, the following qualifications and experience are preferred:

• Full UK Driving License (this is a field-based role in Southeast UK)
• Experience in a field-based sales role
• Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems
• Enthusiasm for sales and achieving targets
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards negotiating and overcoming objections
• A passion for active, forward-thinking working environments

Experience in renewables or energy sales is advantageous but not essential.

• Base salary of £25,500 plus uncapped commission
