Renewable Energy Sales

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people across the UK to join our team. As a part of our field sales team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of converting home visits with customers interested in saving money and CO2 on their energy bills by switching to an air source heat pump.

• Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech. You'll primarily work in Berkshire and Surrey, with travel across the Southeast as required.
• Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech.
• Generating your own leads through door knocking, cold calling, and referrals, including pre-booked sales visits, to meet sales KPIs.
• Managing and maintaining your sales pipeline via our CRM system, HubSpot.
• Providing excellent customer service using our Aira Sales Method during home visits.
• Collaborating with our design and planning teams to meet customer expectations.

While we will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy, the following are preferred:

• Full UK Driving License (field-based role in Southeast UK)
• Experience in a field-based sales role
• Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems
• Enthusiasm for sales and achieving targets
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards negotiation and overcoming objections
• A passion for active and forward-thinking work environments

Experience in renewables or energy sales is a plus but not essential.

• Base salary of £25,500 with an uncapped commission structure
