Recruitment Internship

PCN is a boutique recruitment agency based in Amsterdam, dedicated to connecting top talent with industry leaders. We specialise in three core areas: Fintech, Payments and Financial Services supported by a global network that spans across borders. Our office is located along the picturesque Singel canal in Amsterdam.

The Role:

We are seeking an intern to join our permanent recruitment team, and be a part of an exciting journey to grow our permanent division within Fintech, working on recruiting top candidates and bringing in new clients to work with.

Contract: The internship begins in September and lasts for 6 months with the potential for a permanent role upon completion.

Responsibilities:

• Spend the initial months focused on the candidate side, learning how to engage with prospective candidates for our clients
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the full 360 recruitment process.
• Engage with inspiring individuals and businesses regularly.
• Conduct business development activities including cold calling and participating in networking events.
• Receive extensive training and day-to-day desk coaching.
• Contribute to closing deals
