Paid Media & Performance Marketing Intern

We're looking for a Paid Media & Performance Marketing intern to join our Marketing Team at Weekendesk in Barcelona.

Your Role at Weekendesk

As a Paid Marketing Intern, your main mission will be to bring structure and coordination to the team's creative execution. You'll be the go-to person for keeping our marketing calendar organized and up to date, making sure every campaign launches smoothly and on time.

You will:

• Own and manage the marketing calendar across all channels (Google Ads, Meta, CRM, etc.), keeping it updated and aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate with each team member to track campaign launches, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Ensure that all requests for creatives, copies, translations, and assets are submitted and delivered on time.
• Help monitor the production process and flag any delays or blockers.
• Be a key link between the performance team and the design/copy/localization teams to ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Support the Paid Marketing team with campaign organization, creation, reporting, and operational tasks as needed.

• You're currently studying Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field, and you're looking for a hands-on internship to grow your skills.
• You're highly organized and love keeping things on track (you probably color-code your calendar ).
• You enjoy working in a team and are not afraid to speak up, ask questions, or follow up with others to get things done.
• You're proactive, detail-oriented, and curious to learn more about digital marketing and campaign management.
• You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping an eye on deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and make decisions that drive results.
• Consulting or analyst background is very welcome, especially if you have experience in data-driven strategy development.
• Obsessed with optimization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English (French or Spanish are a plus)
