Project Coordinator - 12 Month FTC - Maternity Cover

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Team in Warwick on a 12-month maternity cover contract, starting in February 2026. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and planning service deliverables within a technical publications managed service, while providing vital support to production teams across ongoing projects and reporting activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Support project management with reporting to track KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide administrative support to both the Project Management and Production Management teams.
• Assist the Project Manager with reporting on operational performance and highlighting areas for improvement.
• Support operational teams with project setup activities and JIRA administration as required.
• Create, maintain, and update local process documentation.

Hours & Location

• 40 Hours Monday - Friday
• Warwick - Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office
