Engineer Junior

The goal of competence engineering is to enable our field service engineers to be successful in supporting our customers. You will function as the technical interface between CS local sites and ASML Headquarters. As a competence engineer you will: b Problem Handover: /b Document and communicate problem details to relevant teams, ensuring ownership, clear proposals, and follow-up b Repairs /b : Provide expert guidance to customers and support teams on complex repairs, parts replacement, and service improvements b Training & Mentorship: /b Support and deliver training as a Subject Matter Expert, mentoring junior engineers on effective techniques b Process Optimization: /b Lead improvement initiatives, engaging key stakeholders, and guiding junior engineers in process enhancements b Knowledge Sharing /b : Foster knowledge exchange within and across teams Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant technical field (electrical technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, etc.) Specialized knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, optics, embedded systems, semiconductor processes, and relevant software Experience in using computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software Strong technical background, interested in high tech products and processes Quality focus with drive for continuous improvement Team player with excellent communication skills in a multicultural work environment It is the policy of the company to recruit, hire, train and promote persons in all job titles without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
